Afick file integrity checker

AFICK (Another File Integrity Checker) is an alternative to the standard tripwire for creating footprints of systems. It store md5 of system files so as to be able to check any modifications that can occur.

While useful from a security perspective (notice that something has undeuely changed), it also can be used to trace what installers do, by checking for new files and updated ones.

Efficiently coded in perl, it serves more than decent performance.
